Glou is a craft fermentation brand producing live vinegars that celebrate flavour, craft and a sense of enjoyment. Rooted in natural processes and a contemporary outlook, Glou rethinks vinegar for modern kitchens, bars and everyday rituals.
Project overview
For Glou, we developed a complete rebrand, including a new name, visual identity and packaging system. The new positioning takes the brand beyond traditional vinegar and places it at the intersection of fermentation, food culture and mixology.
A restrained yet expressive logo, bold typography and a natural colour palette create a strong presence on the shelf and behind the bar. The packaging speaks to chefs, bartenders and conscious consumers alike, positioning Glou as a versatile, premium ingredient for restaurants, bars and carefully considered use at home.
