re:white is a sustainable climbing brand producing environmentally conscious chalk with a clear sense of responsibility towards nature.
For re:white, we designed and developed a completely new website with a tailored multi-channel e-commerce system serving both B2B and B2C customers through separate price lists. The multilingual platform includes a flexible CMS with dedicated editorial roles for athletes and connects seamlessly to the Ninox ERP system. A particular highlight is the fully bespoke checkout, shaped around re:white’s internal workflows and day-to-day operations.

The central challenge was bringing different audiences and requirements together in one capable platform. Consumers needed a fast online shop with an intuitive experience. At the same time, re:white required a separate pricing system for B2B customers, including a login area and individual terms. Editorial content for the athlete community added another layer, providing regular inspiration and updates.
Every component needed to feel true to the brand while supporting multiple languages and future expansion. That complexity also created the opportunity to connect shop, CMS and ERP closely — simplifying and automating processes from ordering and inventory management through to shipping, while creating one consistent user experience.
The result is a system that is functional, efficient and recognisably re:white — for customers and the internal team alike.

Together with re:white, we developed a digital brand strategy that goes beyond a new visual appearance. The aim was to make the brand’s central values — sustainability, function and community — tangible at every digital touchpoint. Close collaboration with the re:white team gave us a deep understanding of its position, audiences and plans for the future.
We shaped a visual and verbal language that carries the brand’s authenticity while reflecting its high standards for quality and environmental responsibility. This was not simply about appearance, but about consistent communication: clear, restrained and credible.
The resulting website uses clear typography, calm colours and a functional, user-centred interface. Its flexible content structure speaks directly to distinct audiences, from committed climbers and specialist retailers to potential partners.
In this way, re:white becomes more than visible. The digital experience makes the brand tangible, stays true to its identity and gives it room to grow responsibly.

Instead of a conventional SaaS platform such as Shopify, we deliberately chose Saleor — a modern, headless open-source commerce platform that provides the flexibility and control needed across the complete shopping experience. The decision was strategic as much as technical: re:white needed a system shaped around its requirements, without compromising function or design.
A genuine multi-channel store in Shopify can require numerous plugins, workarounds or paid add-ons. With Saleor, we implemented the planned functionality directly, including differentiated B2B and B2C pricing and multilingual content and processes.
Particular attention went into the bespoke checkout. It follows the brand design while keeping the purchase experience clear and easy to use. Automated system emails — including order confirmations, shipping updates and invoices — were also designed individually and implemented in multiple languages.
Saleor’s headless architecture allowed us to create a commerce solution that connects cleanly with the existing design and CMS setup and consistently supports re:white’s standards for UX — now and as the platform develops.
