# Technology and AI at Pola Studio

Pola Studio builds websites, content systems and AI-supported workflows around real, recurring tasks. Its approach connects brand knowledge, creative production, backend functionality and the tools teams already use. The goal is to help organisations create and update useful work more efficiently while keeping direction, quality and important decisions under human control. Existing systems are connected or extended where appropriate rather than replaced automatically.

## Brand context connects the workflow

Brand Base is a living knowledge layer built from the client's guidelines, existing content, past work and decisions. It supplies the context for drafting and production, helping subsequent work stay aligned with approved messaging and visual rules. The emphasis is on using the organisation's established knowledge, not starting each request without context.

Pola Workspace keeps requests, briefs, feedback and delivery connected to that brand context. Together, the workspace and Brand Base link project collaboration to the information AI workflows need, rather than scattering instructions and decisions across separate tools.

## Agentic Websites and connected backend access

Agentic Websites support recurring research, structure, drafting, refinement and publishing work. A team supplies a topic or request, the workflow prepares the content, and people review and approve it before release. This helps the website evolve after launch without becoming a closed system that takes control away from its users.

A connected interface such as ChatGPT or Claude can work with the backend using Brand Base, site structure, analytics and search data as context. Requests can lead to research, page updates or proposed improvements within the agreed workflow. Architecture, integrations and guardrails are designed to keep the system understandable, maintainable and ready to extend. Tool selection follows the task instead of requiring one AI provider.

## AI-assisted creative production

Creative applications include retouching, extending, upscaling and relighting existing imagery; developing characters and illustrations across expressions, poses and formats; and creating product environments or campaign imagery. AI can also support visual prototyping, brand imagery, multi-market adaptations and the crops, formats and variations required for a campaign. One approved creative direction guides the outputs instead of letting each generation establish a new visual style.

## Choose the right level of automation

AI-led workflows suit structured, repeatable tasks, with human review at defined checkpoints. Hybrid workflows give AI the repeated research, drafting or production work while people retain strategy, tone, taste and final approval. Human-led work remains appropriate for positioning, original concepts, nuanced editorial decisions and defining launches or campaigns. The level of oversight is selected per task, not imposed across the entire project.

Review points check accuracy, tone and brand fit before delivery. The page includes a testimonial from Miriam Al-Safi and Christian Walter of Die Grüne Schule describing how Pola helps make AI useful for their content and website. This is a client account, not a guarantee of a particular productivity gain.

## Advice, a focused starting point and continued development

Teams that need direction before development can begin with an AI audit and a roadmap identifying useful applications and what to leave unchanged. A single workflow provides a testable starting point. After launch, Pola evaluates real usage and extends the system when further needs justify it. Cost depends on scope and the chosen setup rather than a universal comparison with traditional projects.
